They are oversized and come in many colors (black, Navy Blue, etc.). Also, they have tiny Polka Dots All Over them. They seem very popular now for high school students as I've seen many of my friends use them for bookbags. What is the brand? Where can I get one for a decent price?

I don't think there's one brand.
I have a black one with white dots all over; I got it from Nordstroms & it cost me $40.
